Built from first-hand experience in Lausanne.

NUNU Housing was created after navigating the Lausanne rental market several times and helping others through the same process.

Over time, I became familiar with the practical side of finding a home in Lausanne: where to search, how viewings work, what landlords and régies commonly request, and how important it is to move quickly when a suitable opportunity appears.

I also saw how difficult the process can feel when you are moving to Lausanne from another city or country. Understanding listings, preparing the right documents, communicating with landlords and identifying reliable opportunities can quickly become overwhelming, especially when you are not yet familiar with the local rental system.

The aim of NUNU Housing is therefore simple: to offer practical, transparent and personal support throughout the search process, from identifying relevant opportunities to navigating applications and, when needed, attending apartment viewings in Lausanne.

No rental agreement resulting from the search means no success fee.

How does the payment work?

Clear, simple and confirmed before you pay.

No payment is required when you submit a request.

For a personalised search, the CHF 500 success fee is due only if you sign the lease for a property identified through my search.

For an apartment viewing, payment is requested only after I confirm that I can attend.

Payments are made through a secure external payment link. No card details are collected directly on this website.

No. This is an independent housing assistance service. I do not own, manage or represent rental properties.

There is no upfront personalised-search fee. The CHF 500 success fee applies only if you ultimately sign a rental agreement for a property first identified and shared with you through the personalised search service.
