Need someone for your room, studio or apartment? If you have accommodation available in Lausanne, I can help you find someone interested in renting or subletting it.

Send me the main details of the property, including the location, price, availability and photos. I’ll look for suitable people and put you directly in contact with anyone who may be interested. You always decide who you want to rent or sublet the property to.

NUNU Housing is an independent housing assistance service. I cannot guarantee that a tenant will be found, and the final decision always remains with the person offering the accommodation. If the property is being sublet, the person offering it remains responsible for making sure the sublet is authorised where required.

CHF 350 only if it works

The CHF 350 fee is due only if someone I personally found and introduced to you actually rents or sublets your property. If I don’t find anyone, you pay nothing.
