Nothing to pay for me to start looking.
Find a tenant
Have a room, studio or apartment available in Lausanne? I can help you find someone to rent or sublet it.
Send me the location, price, availability and photos. I’ll look for suitable people and put you in contact with anyone interested. You always choose who you rent to.
I can’t guarantee that a tenant will be found. If you sublet, you are responsible for making sure the sublet is authorised.
CHF 450only if it works
The CHF 450 fee is due only if someone I found and introduced to you rents or sublets your property.
